Board Description
The Rukongai
Rukongai consists of 320 districts divided into four sets of 80 districts, named after the cardinal directions. These districts' numbers increase the further you get from the Seireitei, and the quality of life worsens as the number rises. District 80 of each Rukongai region is considered to be a lawless badlands, where there is absolutely no Shinigami regulation. On the other hand, District 1 is an almost aristocratic area where life is quite fine.
